Placing an order
We have made placing an order with Red Rob easy.
Our system is easy to use, simply browse the site by category or brand and add your required product to the basket. You can add multiple products to your basket - press the continue shopping button and locate your products again.
If you are a registered member, click "My Account" and enter your username & password - this will display your details on the checkout page and show any relevant special offers which we may run from time to time.
If you are shopping as a non-member, after the basket page you are invited to create an account to proceed with your order. This username and password will allow you to easily retain your details for future purchases and track your order online.
Paying for your Order
You can purchase goods from Red Rob using one of the major Credit/Debit cards. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Switch and Solo.
Credit Card Security
Our shopping system is fully protected from fraud. All credit card numbers are protected using 128-bit encryption software. They are only decrypted for us to process your payment and never held in clear text on any website. Your financial details will never be divulged or shared with any other business so you can order with absolute confidence.
Order Process
If your chosen goods are in stock your Order will be dispatched to you within two working days. If the goods are not all in stock we will advise you of the likely ship date. We may elect to ship to you in a split consignment or directly from the manufacturer to expedite the process.
Delivery
Orders above £75 (excluding VAT) qualify for free delivery. Orders below £75 attract a delivery charge which you can view by clicking in the "View Basket" link.
Please note that Replacement Crockery is handled separately and is not aggregated with other items due to the nature of the product and therefore will attract an additional delivery charge for Replacement Corockery items. This can occur even if the combined value of Replacement Crockery and other items is over £75.
