Returns Policy

• Goods are not supplied on a sale or return basis.
• Red Rob Catering Supplies reserves the right to impose an administration charge on all returns. Due to the high cost of carriage and handling, a restocking fee may be incurred if it is necessary to return large items.
• Once Red Rob Catering Supplies has acknowledged the customers order, the customer may only cancel the order if Red Rob Catering Supplies agrees to accept such cancellation. In such an event Red Rob Catering Supplies reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee in respect of its cost, which the customer shall pay.
• Mail and web ordered goods will be accepted for return entirely at Red Rob Catering Supplies discretion, within 7 days of delivery to the customer providing that they are unused, in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Return Carriage at customers cost.
• The customer must contact Red Rob Catering Suppliesto obtain authorisation to return goods on the Customer Services Returns line tel: Tel: 0121 622 4166.
• Any goods returned to Red Rob Catering Supplies without authorisation or not in the condition set out above will be rejected and returned to the customer at their cost. Red Rob Catering Supplies reserves the right to impose an administration charge on all returns. • Where goods do not appear in a Red Rob Catering Supplies publication (including but not limited to the catalogues, or a leaflet, or our website) and are specially ordered for the customer, Red Rob Catering Supplies will only accept return of the goods if they are defective and returned to Red Rob Catering Supplies within 7 days of delivery to the customer. This also applies to goods that have been embroidered or engraved.
• To return installed goods, Red Rob Catering Supplies must call the returns line tel: Tel: 0121 622 4166 whereby Red Rob Catering Supplies will decide upon the most appropriate course of action.
• Where goods are returned in their original packaging, this packaging must be in intact condition.
• Red Rob Catering Supplies reserves the right to impose a charge for any damaged packaging.
